High Purification Technology


An advanced technology that eliminates browning and removes oxidants continuously generated after dehydration and extraction of green tea, producing highly concentrated extracts of superior purity.

Green tea leaves harvested between April and May are dried for long preservation. After drying, the leaves oxidize, turn brown, and continue to oxidize even after extraction.
